Valentine's Day DIY Counting Game

I borrowed this heart math idea from The Activity Mom blog -- a great resource you should check out.

I used foam hearts from the dollar section at Target because I wanted them to be durable enough for classroom use. I wrote the numbers 1-10 on the left side of the hearts and drew dots on the left side of the hearts for counting. Lastly, I cut the hearts in half with scalloped scissors to match the scalloped edge. Just scramble the pieces up for happy hearts counting!
